What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and data pipelines using Python and related frameworks.
Architect and implement solutions on AWS, ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Data Engineering, and Product.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help maintain high code quality across the team.
Take ownership of projects and drive them from concept to production.

Requirements

6+ years of professional experience in Python development.
Hands-on experience with any modern Python framework (e.g., Django,Flask, FastAPI, etc.).
Strong expertise in AWS cloud services such as Lambda, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.
Experience building and managing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
