About The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled IAM Project Manager to lead and deliver

critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives within the banking sector. This position plays a key role in enhancing system security and compliance during a significant integration of banking and securities operations, amidst evolving regulatory demands.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead 4–6 parallel workstreams, managing scope, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external partners.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, analysts, and QA testers.
• Define and document project scope, key objectives, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
• Track project progress, ensure adherence to milestones, and adjust plans as needed.
• Communicate status reports regularly and manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  
  

About You

• 8–10 years of experience managing complex IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs.
• Solid expertise in IAM platforms, preferably including One Identity Manager, SailPoint, Oracle, or Microsoft solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with efficiency.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Experience driving results through cross-functional collaboration.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks tied to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Previous experience working within the financial services or banking sector.
• Familiarity with risk management methodologies and best practices.
