Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
Upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing and potential customers, aiming to meet sales targets.
Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
Native French, German, Dutch, Danish, Hungarian or Czech
Fluent English
Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
