About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Video Editor Virtual Assistant to join our fast-paced creative team. You’ll be working under tight deadlines to support external client projects — editing both short-form and long-form content for delivery across digital platforms. This is a client-facing support role that requires consistency, speed, and a strong grasp of brand-aligned storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into final versions ready for client delivery.
Incorporate transitions, animations, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design.
Format deliverables for various platforms (1:1, 16:9, 9:16).
Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to meet client deadlines.
Handle revision requests efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure all content is aligned with brand style guides and client expectations.
Manage project files, assets, and version tracking in an organized manner.
Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of video editing experience (agency or client-facing preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; bonus if familiar with After Effects.
Strong editing portfolio including social content, promos, or ad creatives.
High attention to detail and ability to work on multiple edits in parallel.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Comfortable working with fixed schedules and strict deadlines.
