Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with strong content creation skills. You’ll support the client in managing daily administrative tasks while also playing a key role in developing and distributing content across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who is tech-savvy, creative, and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and design content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing channels
  • Manage email inbox: follow-ups, responses, appointment confirmations
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management (including lead appointments and rescheduling)
  • Coordinate and track email marketing campaigns
  • Research and update lead databases (e.g., Roofing/Garage Contractors, TUT Subscribers)
  • Prepare regular updates and reports related to outreach and marketing performance
  • Support the founder in project management, light research, and task tracking

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as an EA, VA, or marketing assistant
  • Strong written English communication and copywriting skills
  • Proficient with Canva, Google Workspace, and basic email marketing tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management is a plus
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Creative eye for branding and social content

Preferred Time Zone: Night shift to align with U.S. hours
