Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting with technical website issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to website setup, configuration, and functionality
Guide customers in using website tools, helping them understand features and resolve any issues
Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional solutions
Follow company processes for troubleshooting, escalating issues, and ensuring resolution
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support when necessary
Offer feedback to management on recurring issues and opportunities for improving the customer experience
Take ownership of customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and necessary follow-up
Adhere to data protection policies and maintain confidentiality when handling customer information

Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in German (C2 level required)
Intermediate English proficiency (B2 or higher preferred)
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not essential
Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about website solutions and troubleshooting techniques
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach
Excellent problem-solving skills, able to analyze and resolve technical issues
Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality service while working remotely
Capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively
