Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, primarily addressing technical issues related to website solutions
Troubleshoot technical problems and offer quick, effective resolutions aligned with company guidelines
Assist customers with website setup, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting
Guide customers in navigating our website tools and solutions, ensuring they make the most out of our products
Maintain clear and detailed records of all customer interactions and resolutions using the company’s CRM system
Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, consistently meeting or exceeding performance goals
Follow internal procedures to escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate teams
Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience and service delivery
Stay up-to-date with product features and industry trends to ensure customers receive accurate, timely support
Handle repetitive tasks with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Maintain confidentiality of customer data and sensitive information at all times
Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks, ensuring prompt response to all customer queries

Skills and Requirements:
Fluency in German (C2 level) is required for this role
Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level) is preferred
