Job description

This is a remote position.

We provide tickets to many events and shows across the nation, including music, sports and theatrical performances. We pride ourselves on offering the best experience for the best price to our customers. We are excited to add a full-time CSR Specialist to our Quality Control team! Our team specializes in all processes that involve inventory and ensuring that all orders are accurate. Our main purpose is to make sure all tickets that we sell are valid and disclose any information that is required. Some of the tasks that we are in charge of are listed below:

Key Responsibilities/Daily Tasks:

  • Conduct correspondence with representatives at various different box office venues.

  • Manage and keep organization of various different phone call projects; Maintain detailed records of all correspondence with all the different venues we make phone calls to.

  • Resolve issues with tickets by calling venues and speaking with representatives directly.

  • Help secure season sports tickets by fostering a relationship with team rep’s over the phone through verification phone call process.

  • During downtime from call making, this role will also be required to learn the account creation process and help create box office buying accounts when not making phone calls.

  • Learn how to utilize various programs such as Zoho, Twilo and phone dialer in order to execute daily tasks. This includes but is not limited to adding notes to each and every phone call correspondence that is made.



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Technologically savvy and quick on a computer - ability to learn and apply new skills in a changing environment

  • Prior knowledge of working at a call center or remote as a CSR specialist who is well versed in inbound and outbound phone call management.

  • Clear and concise communication is a must.

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets

  • Attention to detail

  • Quick and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus

  • Must be reliable and on time

  • Must be willing and ready to learn

  • Good written and verbal communication skills: Able to deliver professional relationships through clear communication to colleagues, team members and clients

  • Team Player, Reliable, Collaborative, communicates constructively, listens actively. Consistently shows commitment to the team, shares openly and willingly.

  • Can accommodate shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities

  • Takes prompt action to accomplish department goals. Taking initiative to achieve goals beyond what is required, proactive and self motivated

  • Must be willing and available for rotating shifts.

  • Familiarity/knowledge of US sports is a plus, but not required.
