About The Role

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of knowledge management strategies, embedding and executing the quality assurance framework, and learning initiatives within Operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our knowledge assets are accurate, accessible, and aligned with business objectives, while also fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Additionally, this role will oversee learning and development programs to ensure that employees have the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.


Your duties & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive knowledge management strategies to capture, organise, and disseminate information across the Operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and assurance programs to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of knowledge repositories to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of learning and development programs, including onboarding, training, and continuous education initiatives.
  • Lead and support a team of knowledge management, quality assurance, and learning professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities.


About You

  • Bachelor's degree in either business administration, learning design and execution, quality and/or risk management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Human-Cantered Design and process improvement
  • Substantial experience in knowledge management and/or quality control and assurance and/or learning and development with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to quality control and assurance in the insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and external stakeholders.
