About The Client

Our client is a UK-based, licensed electronic money institution providing online payment solutions for individuals and businesses. Their offerings include dedicated IBAN accounts, Mastercard debit and virtual cards, and global mass payment tools—all powered by a seamless, API-ready platform built for multi-currency operations and fast, automated transactions.

Role Overview

As a Sales / Development Manager, you'll be at the center of the client journey—owning relationships, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and representing the company at international events. You'll bridge client needs with internal teams and play a key role in driving strategic growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee client onboarding, including documentation and compliance processes.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from clients to improve service and product offerings.
  • Contribute to overall sales and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Minimum 2 years in the payments or fintech industry.
  • Proven experience in onboarding and client support.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
