We’re looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to join a growing data & analytics team at a leading Swedish manufacturing company.


As a Business Intelligence Developer, you’ll play a key role in shaping advanced BI solutions—especially in the area of data visualization and reporting. Your primary focus will be the development and maintenance of impactful dashboards and reports in Power BI, while also contributing to backend processes related to cloud-based data pipelines and storage.

You’ll be working with modern technologies like Snowflake, Matillion, and AWS, helping the team drive performance and usability across BI products. Expect involvement in both low-code and high-code ETL development, collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, and participation in Agile delivery processes.

Project Context:

You'll be working closely with procurement and sourcing business users to help design and maintain a suite of BI solutions. The organisation is in the midst of a transition from on-premises systems to Snowflake and Matillion, offering a rare opportunity to gain cloud expertise while contributing to real business impact.

We offer B2B Contract : 120 - 150 PLN net/hour + VAT (according to skills and experience)


You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience building, optimizing, and supporting solutions in Power BI.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (a relevant certification is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling, data access, and storage principles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience of working in ETL environments, both high-code and low-code.
  • Familiarity with Git (branching, pushing, pulling code to/from repositories).
  • Experience in gathering and translating business requirements for reporting solutions
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and SSIS.
  • Communication skills are one of your key strengths.
  • Fluent in English for smooth collaboration.
  • Located in Poland to facilitate signing of cooperation offer and occasional team meetings.


Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

  • You have experience from Purchasing/Procurement domain.
  • Familiarity with AWS environments and Matillion.
  • Experience and enjoyment of agile methods and DevOps to deliver value continuously.
  • Academic degree in computer science or equivalent.
