Join Our Team as a Business Development Analyst!

Are you ready to make a significant impact in the global food industry with a focus on the Bakery and Snack Industry? As a Business Development Analyst, you'll be a vital member of our international business development team within the Food Business Unit. Your innovative ideas and strategic insights will shape our direction, especially in the EMEA region. This role offers you the chance to directly influence our business trajectory and results, with substantial responsibility and autonomy as part of the EMEA leadership group.

This role can be home office based and is open to candidates who are legally authorized to live and work in Western Europe.

Who Are You?

  • University degree in business or food sector; MBA is a strong plus.
  • Economics, financial analysis, and project management training are advantageous.
  • Proven track record in Strategy/Business Development, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Office and technology.
  • Fluent in English and one other European language.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a well-organized approach.
  • Ability to develop context through market research and industry experts.
  • Healthy skepticism, ambition to seek evidence, and openness to new ideas.
  • Evaluate and roadmap strategic business opportunities effectively.
  • Plan and oversee new commercial initiatives.
