Role Overview

Support pricing strategy, financial oversight, and performance tracking across both projects and broader business units. This remote role requires strong analytical skills, financial rigor, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with delivery, bid, and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, use and maintain pricing models for proposals and active projects using standardized tools and templates.
Partner with delivery and business unit leads to create cost-effective, competitive pricing aligned to strategy.
Support forecasting, budgeting, and tracking of actuals at both project and business unit level.
Provide clear, timely financial tracking including budget vs actuals, revenue recognition, and invoicing.
Monitor performance and highlight variances early to enable proactive course correction.
Assist proposal responses with accurate costing and complete financial inputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure financial controls are understood and followed.

Key Skills & Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in pricing, project accounting, or financial analysis.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling proficiency.
Experience managing project-based financials (T&M, fixed price, etc.) and wider unit-level reporting.
Strong communicator who can work independently across geographies and functions.
