Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing (CTN, AAD or MDD/PTSD)

Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager, HCP Marketing is responsible for executing HCP engagement strategies for Rexulti in Centanafadine, Agitation Associated with Dementia (AAD) or Major Depressive Disorder/Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (MDD/PTSD). This role will drive field marketing initiatives, omnichannel execution, and KOL engagement to optimize brand presence and adoption.

This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical affairs, market access, digital, and commercial operations to support brand strategy implementation and promotional effectiveness

Key Responsibilities

  • HCP Personal Promotions & Field Enablement: Develop field sales materials, training resources, and promotional tools to enhance HCP engagement.
  • HCP Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) & Omnichannel Execution: Support execution of digital and media campaigns, aligning with broader omnichannel strategies.
  • Market Access Pull Through: Support incorporation of market access pull through strategies, including but not limited to reimbursement support, patient access programs, and/or formulary positioning, into brand promotional efforts
  • KOL & Congress Engagement: Assist in speaker program execution, congress planning, and HCP advisory initiatives.
  • Performance Measurement & Insights: Track HCP engagement metrics and promotional effectiveness, optimizing tactics based on data insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, medical, regulatory, and commercial operations to align marketing efforts.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage agencies supporting HCP promotions, speaker programs, and digital engagement.

Qualifications & Key Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of pharmaceutical marketing or related experience such as sales or commercial operations, with a focus on LTC, institutional marketing, or CNS/geriatric therapeutic areas
  • Experience in HCP engagement, institutional sales support, and caregiver education within long-term care settings
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the long-term care environment
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience, particularly with market access, medical affairs, and sales teams
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to refine marketing execution
  • Experience managing vendors and agency partners, ensuring high-quality program execution
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities and aligning teams to achieve commercial success
  • Ability to plan, manage, and track budgets

Minimum $146,955.00 - Maximum $210,100.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting salary for candidates hired to perform the work. Other elements may be used to determine actual salary such as the candidate’s job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
