Your Role:

Bookkeeping & Reconciliation

Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online, ensuring smooth data flow from Cin7 (sales, COGS, and inventory).
Reconcile clearing accounts for Afterpay, Shopify Payments, Zip Pay, Stripe, and direct bank transfers on a monthly basis.
Reconcile batched retail sales sent from Cin7 to QBO, allocating these correctly to clearing accounts.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and yearly reconciliations and reports for internal review.

Accounts Receivable (A/R)

Ensure customer invoices created in Cin7 are synced to QBO and sent via QuickBooks.
Allocate payments from various sources to the correct accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Work closely with the wholesale team to manage payment allocations and follow up on overdue accounts.

Accounts Payable (A/P)

Record supplier invoices accurately and ensure correct coding in QBO.
Collaborate with the Director to propose, plan, and document supplier payments.
Maintain a current view of payables to support cash flow and supplier relationship management.

System and Process Integrity

Monitor the manual data push from Cin7 to QBO for accuracy and consistency.
Help document and improve financial workflows across systems and processes.
Liaise across teams to resolve financial queries and support day-to-day financial operations.
