MISSION

 

As a GBT Expert / Sales Representative, you will report to the Sales Director and promote EMS’s Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) solutions across the North of Paris, with flexibility to cover Western France. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with dental professionals, managing reseller partnerships, and executing strategic sales initiatives in your territory.


You will also deliver hands-on product demonstrations, educate stakeholders, and support the implementation of GBT clinical protocols to grow EMS’s presence in France.


TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Sales & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Promote EMS’s GBT protocols and product portfolio to private dentists, dental clinics, and institutions.
  • Drive regional sales growth through direct and indirect sales channels.
  • Ensure regular follow-up on leads, opportunities, and sales performance via CRM.

 

Product Demonstrations & Clinical Education

  • Conduct live demonstrations of GBT solutions and provide hands-on training.
  • Support and educate users on EMS technologies and clinical benefits of GBT.
  • Collaborate with the Swiss Dental Academy team to deliver local training events.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop strong relationships with dealers, opinion leaders, and institutions.
  • Train reseller sales and customer service teams on EMS product innovations.
  • Represent EMS at national and regional congresses, exhibitions, and SDA events.

 

Market Monitoring & Reporting

  • Provide monthly activity reports covering sales performance, marketing initiatives, and competitive insights.
  • Gather market feedback to support future development and strategic decisions.

 

EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Healthcare-related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the dental, medical, or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales, manage B2B and B2C relationships, and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability and autonomy in managing a large geographic territory.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Valid driver’s license.

 

POSITION DETAILS

 

  • Location: Northern Paris region, with flexibility to cover Western France if needed (Remote)
  • Occupation: Full-time
  • Travel: Frequent (up to 85%)
