In this role you will:
Contribute to consulting projects that address complex challenges in both the public and private sectors – including performance improvement, process optimization, organizational design, public policy analysis, and economic modelling. Your work will involve gathering and analysing data, conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, supporting client meetings, and helping ensure smooth project delivery.
Contribute to proposal development, project planning, and day-to-day coordination of project tasks.
Participate in meetings and workshops with high-profile clients and stakeholders to present findings and develop solutions.
Collaborate with colleagues across PwC’s network, including international teams, on complex or cross-border assignments.
Work on diverse projects where there’s rarely a ready-made answer – each client and problem is different, and your thinking will help shape the way forward.
You are our perfect candidate if you:
Have graduated or are a final-year student in study programs in economics, management, finance, politics, or related fields.
Have previous experience in consulting, project management, or related roles (advantage).
Have strong research skills and enjoy working with text.
Are a creative problem-solver who enjoys finding practical ways to improve business processes and make things work better.
Have a proactive and positive attitude, a high sense of responsibility, and are curious and eager to learn new things.
Have experience and enjoy working with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word, .and are familiar with generative AI tools to enhance your work.
Are fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Our offer:
The monthly gross base salary for this position ranges from 1200 to 2200 EUR. Actual compensation depends on candidate qualifications, skills, and performance.
