Job description

We are looking for an SEO and Google Ads Lead to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive business growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.

Core Hours & Benefits:

  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time (7am-3pm, Philippine Time)
  • Base Salary: $1000-$1500 monthly, depending on experience
  • Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares
  • Additional Benefits: Equipment Funds, Health Coverage, Paid Holidays & Leave Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute diverse marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee and update the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and optimize effective Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content that attracts and engages a qualified audience.
  • Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.


Qualifications And Skills

  • Strong experience in content creation, content strategies and SEO
  • Strong technical writing skills
  • Proven experience in Google Ads
  • Experience with affiliate marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
  • Experience working with tech or start-up companies is a must
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
