You’ll be working on international, diversified, greenfield projects, ranked from small to mid-size, typically lasting around 1–2 years. As a Tech Lead, you’ll guide agile teams, shape technical direction, and drive software excellence.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

6+ years of strong proficiency in Python, with proven leadership in guiding technical teams
2–5 years of experience with ORM frameworks, preferably SQLAlchemy
Experience in architecting, writing, and overseeing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Deep understanding of Python frameworks, including Django, Flask, FastAPI
Solid experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery, RabbitMQ)
Expertise in SOLID principles and the ability to enforce these principles across a development team
Proficiency in database technologies, with a focus on PostgreSQL
Hands-on experience with FastAPI and leading technical decisions on its usage
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ensuring smooth integration into development workflows
Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
