ABOUT SKEELED

Skeeled is an innovative recruitment software (ATS) built to streamline and digitalise hiring processes. Our platform empowers companies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent more efficiently. With strong roots in Luxembourg, Belgium, and France, we are now expanding into Portugal.

To support this growth, we’re looking for a motivated Independent Reseller to launch skeeled in the Portuguese market. In this role, you'll identify business opportunities, close deals, and increase our local brand awareness.

Currently, our only presence in Portugal is our engineering team based in Porto. We believe there is strong potential in the Portuguese market, but a local market study will be essential to adapt our pricing strategy and go-to-market approach effectively.



YOUR MISSION:

Conduct a market study and define the most suitable pricing strategy for Portugal

Introduce skeeled to the Portuguese market and drive local sales


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Prospect and sell to HR and recruitment professionals

Build trust-based relationships with clients and guide them through the sales process

Share insights and feedback on local market dynamics

Provide onboarding support in Portuguese for signed clients, when needed


REQUIREMENTS – MUST HAVE

Proven sales experience (ideally in B2B or software sales)

Fluent in Portuguese

Professional proficiency in English

Independent, self-starter mindset


BONUS POINTS – NICE TO HAVE

Knowledges in HR / HR processes.

Background in a SaaS or tech environment

Familiarity with HR tech or recruitment processes

Existing network in the HR or recruitment industry


COMPENSATION

This is a commission-only opportunity – there is no base fixed salary.

It is best suited for profiles looking to build something entrepreneurial with high earning potential:

  • 75% of the licence value in the first year
  • 50% of the licence value in the second year (if renewed)
  • 25% of the licence value in the third year (if renewed)

  • A typical licence annual value would be from €10,000 to €12,000 (please note, those values are based on Luxembourgish value and estimated to be lower in Portugal)


    SUPPORT & ONBOARDING

    Once a deal is closed, our internal team will usually handle client onboarding.

    However, if the client speaks only Portuguese, the reseller will be responsible for a short onboarding session (approx. 2 hours) to ensure the client is fully ready to use skeeled. Full training and support materials will be provided to guide you through this process.


    CONTRACT & WORKING CONDITIONS

    Remote position – you can work from anywhere in Portugal

    Portuguese freelance contract – you’ll operate as an independent contractor registered in Portugal

    This role is commission-only, and ideal for entrepreneurial, performance-driven individuals who are motivated by results and want to grow a business from scratch.
