The Role
Actively monitor and provide analysis from the social media conversations across multiple online platforms using social media tools.
Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
Must contribute to the development of reports and presentations to effectively summarize key findings, insights, and recommendations.
Collaborate closely with clients and the teams to clearly define business requirements for the projects.
Must develop and implement social media strategies in order to reach desired goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and present new ideas and strategies for improving data collection and analysis processes.
Closely monitor and analyze competitor social media activities and strategies.
Must provide guidance and support to other team members to ensure the success of the projects.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's Degree of Business, Statistics or any related field
Proven experience as a Social Media Insights Analyst or similar role will be a plus.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Expansive vocabulary in particular social media lingo will be a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
Able to organize large amounts of information and draw conclusions
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Able to work under time pressure in case of adhoc tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
