SAP MDG Senior - 100% remote (Argentina, Chile, Brazil)

Company: Globant.

Location: 100% remote, available for residents of Argentina, Chile, or Brazil.

Job Type: Full-Time (coudl be contractor).

Income: income of reference is between 3k USD and 4,5k USD a month, but not limited to. All applications will be considered.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP MDG Senior professional to join our team. As an integral part of our remote workforce, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions. Your work will align with our commitment to delivering excellence and innovation in SAP services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP MDG solutions to support business data governance objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data management needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance through advanced SAP MDG functionalities.
Conduct regular assessments and optimization of MDG processes to enhance system efficiency.
Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting on SAP MDG-related issues and challenges.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for MDG configurations and processes.
Stay updated on SAP MDG advancements and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.
Proficiency in SAP MDG modules and their integration with SAP ERP systems.
Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, and data quality principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Effective communication skills in English (B2+), both verbal and written, to engage with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of business process management and workflow design.
Exposure to agile project management methodologies.
Previous experience working in multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
