MEA Region Enterprise Account Executive – Sensitive Data Discovery Software


Ground Labs is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Software Sales Executive, preferably based in the UAE, to spearhead the growth of our sensitive data discovery software across the MEA region. This position involves both new business development and account management, with an emphasis on customer acquisition and retention.


Candidates must possess a proven track record in these areas, ideally within the data security or data compliance software sector. Experience in collaborating with reseller and consulting partners is also highly desirable.


While experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or data risk management within industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Healthcare is considered advantageous, it is not a prerequisite for the ideal candidate.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales within complex solution-selling environments.

  • Experience working with global, national, and regional partners.
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
  • Customer engagement experience with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to provide accurate forecasts and maintain excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Willingness to support trade shows, conferences, and partner/customer events.
  • Flexibility to work remotely and travel up to 30% within the region.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
