We are seeking a skilled and innovative Data Scientist passionate about leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions and enhance product offerings. As a key member of the Data Science team, you’ll process, analyze, and model data to uncover trends, build predictive models, and enable data-driven decision-making. YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)

• Data Platform Management: Support the business intelligence platform, ensuring accessible, reliable data for all business functions.
• Data Automation & Quality: Identify data sources, automate collection processes, and ensure high data quality and consistency.
• Trend Analysis & Insights: Analyze large data sets to uncover trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Predictive Modeling: Build and deploy machine learning models to enhance products and improve business outcomes.
• Strategic Statistical Modeling: Design and implement innovative statistical models to provide actionable insights.
• Data Visualization: Present data insights in clear, accessible formats to inform both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed data insights directly into Dispatch’s offerings.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team & Dispatch

• Experience:
• • At least 5 years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Proven ability to process, analyze, and model complex data sets.
• Technical Proficiency:
• • Skilled in Python, SQL, or R.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker, Redshift, Airbyte, or StitchData is preferred.
  • Experience with version control systems like git is a plus.
• Skills & Traits:
• • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights clearly.
  • Professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Education:
• • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience required.
  • Master’s degree in a related technical field preferred.

• Compensation: $130,000-$155,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
