We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and a solid understanding of ETL/data processes to join our growing team. This role requires prior experience working with Capital One, and the ideal candidate should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy scalable Java-based backend services and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver full-stack solutions, integrating front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Work with ETL pipelines and data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and transformation best practices.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of modern cloud-based applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and unit testing.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Java Full Stack development.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and data handling workflows.
  • Mandatory: Prior work experience with Capital One.
  • Proficiency in REST API development and cloud integration (AWS/GCP/Azure experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, especially in remote settings.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Exposure to data lakes, big data tools, or real-time data processing.
  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
