Location: Remote

Schedule: Minimum availability from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – Commission-Only (No base salary, benefits, or retainer)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Account Executive at Nurp, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and building lasting relationships with clients. This commission-only role is ideal for self-motivated professionals who excel in consultative, high-ticket sales environments. You’ll be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential clients, recommending Nurp products based on individual needs, and managing the sales process from initial contact to closing.



COMPENSATION

  • Commission: 10%
  • Note: This is a performance-based position. There is no base pay or retainer. Income is directly tied to sales commission.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct sales calls using established SOP scripts, tailoring recommendations based on each client’s specific needs.
  • Clearly explain the benefits and uses of Nurp products, ensuring clients understand how they align with their goals.
  • Issue contracts and process payments accurately, managing administrative tasks like recording sales and updating customer data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both past and potential clients, ensuring ongoing engagement.
  • Actively seek new clients by leveraging networking opportunities, CRM databases, and the company’s social platforms.
  • Use data to provide clients with insights into how Nurp’s products can help them achieve their financial objectives.
  • Ensure professionalism in all client interactions, including maintaining appropriate camera positioning and lighting during Zoom calls and adhering to the company’s dress code (business formal, business casual, or branded clothing).
  • Participate in four department meetings per week, starting at 11:00 AM EST, and one weekly one-on-one meeting with the Sales Development Manager.



QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in high-ticket, consultative sales environments.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive.
  • Excellent ability to present yourself professionally and well articulated.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, CRMs (HubSpot), and communication tools (Zoom, Slack, Aloware).
