Position summary:


Our Dynacast Division is currently seeking a process-driven, dynamic VP of Global Sales. This strategic executive will manage the company’s Global Sales Team, which includes team members in Europe, Asia and North America. This individual will also own the company’s overall lead generation process, with a focus on global commercial strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is strategically minded, process-driven, and innovative by nature. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in North America to be considered. The position will report directly to the President of Dynacast.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead, coach, and manage a global sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment across all regions (North America, Europe, Asia Pacific).
  • Establish and own strategic process for lead generation.
  • Own and implement global commercial strategic initiatives across all regions.
  • Develop and implement Dynacast’s global sales strategy to align with overall business objectives, including identifying growth opportunities, accurately forecasting sales, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with Dynacast’s executive leadership team, the VPs of Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive successful initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders on a global level.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry trends, and competitive activity, using this information to adapt sales strategies.
  • Manage and track the global sales team budget.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor global sales team members with a focus on development and succession planning.


Education, Skills, and Attributes:


  • 10+ years of progressive experience in a global manufacturing environment. Prior experience MUST include manufacturing and must include evidence of increasing responsibility and strategic process development in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent practical experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, strategic, and analytical capabilities
  • Proven track record of process-driven capabilities and implementations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% to meet with customer stakeholders and the Dynacast team; this position will be based in the US but will require regular travel to Asia and Europe.
