As the Sr. Media Buyer, you will negotiate with media outlets and speak directly with clients. The primary media focus is on TV, with secondary media to include Radio, Cable and Outdoor.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports and will own the strategic elements of the client relationship while the current/existing managers will own people management of teams and execution disciplines.
Expectations
You must have applied experience in media buying at a senior level, with an advanced knowledge of Broadcast and Cable TV, Radio, and Outdoor placements and negotiations.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement media plans that align with client goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and suitable media channels.
Negotiate media buys with various vendors to secure the best rates and placements.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Prepare and present media proposals and campaign results to clients.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels including TV, Radio, OOH, Print and OTT/CTV.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport with media vendors.
Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools to track and analyze campaign performance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Deadline and detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Experience with SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen and comScore is a plus.
Experience in advertising and familiarity with linear TV is required.
Minimum 5 years proven experience as effective media buyer and media planner
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines in a professional, relationship-focused, fast-paced environment

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $80,000 and $100,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
