Position:
The Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Project Lead/Manager will be responsible for leading all project resources, and for managing all aspects of delivering complex IGA solutions, including the following:
- Identity Data Integration for all user types (Employees, Contingent Workers, Vendors, Partners, and Customers)
- Policy-based/Automated Account & Access Provisioning (RBAC & ABAC ) to On-Premise and Cloud-based business applications
- Request-based Account & Access Provisioning to On-Premise and Cloud-based business applications
- Enterprise Access Certification & Governance
- Identity & Access Analytics and Reporting
- Enterprise Role-Based Access Control & Attribute-Based Access Control
Responsibilities also include a high degree of competency in the following solution delivery activities:
- IGA Solution-Specific Scope Planning, Cost Forecasting, Schedule Planning, Staffing Plans
- Daily Coordination of personnel activities
- Daily management of project risks & issues related to organizational impact and acceptance of change, regulatory controls and audit findings, identity data security, and scope/schedule/cost
- Engage business and IT stakeholders to build consensus around solution success metrics, business benefit, and support for organizational change
- Guide and review the analysis and documentation of business and technical requirements for enterprise security, regulatory compliance, and business process
- Oversee design and documentation of identity data flows and access provisioning processes
- Direct identity and access entitlements data mining and analysis to inform business-appropriate recommendations and solution design
- Drive delivery of quality access provisioning and governance functional specifications and use cases
- Oversee thorough traceability between requirements, use cases, technical solution design, and test cases
- Document and maintain all plans for testing, production service introduction, system capacity
Requirements:
- 5+ years progressive and current work experience as a consultant or project manager in the Identity Governance & Administration security domain.
Extensive experience with managing implementations of the leading IGA vendor suites from Oracle, IBM, Sailpoint, CA, or NetIQ, including an architectural understanding of the following functional components:
- Configuration of OOTB Connectors for LDAP, DB, Active Directory, Cloud/SaaS Apps
- Custom Connector Development
- Disconnected Application Integration Configuration
- Approval Workflow Engine
- APIs for integrating custom Java applications with the IGA suite
- Access Certification Campaign Configuration & Development
- Custom Email Notification Development
- Separation of Duty configuration & customization (OOTB & 3rd-Party SOD Engines)
- Catalog configuration & customization
- Self-Service UI Customization
Familiarity with J2EE/Java application development concepts.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal skills for communicating complex technical issues and concepts
- Mastery of project management best practices and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM, and Waterfall
- Clear understanding of RDBMS and LDAP technologies
- Expertise with project management tools, including MS Project and Trello
- Strong command of MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of information security fundamentals in the identity and access management space
- Working knowledge of software development tools, including GitHub, Eclipse/RAD, SVN/CVS and Apache Ant, and Apache Maven
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or other technical field (required)
Travel:
- Ability to travel to client sites up to 50% of the time
Certifications:
- CISSP (preferred)
- PMP (preferred)
Other information:
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (DOE)
