We’re expanding our UX team and are looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape intuitive, impactful experiences that scale with our growing user base. In this role, you’ll design thoughtful, user-centered product experiences within our Reporting team, which helps PR professionals monitor and analyze coverage and report on the impact of their earned media efforts.
You’ll play a key role in translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights—designing dashboards, charts, and visualizations that are accessible and actionable for our users. This includes making decisions about how data is presented, working with edge cases (e.g., missing or overwhelming data), and ensuring visualizations are both accurate and easy to understand for non-expert audiences.
This position offers the chance to collaborate closely with our embedded Data Science team to build data-informed solutions that deliver measurable value. You’ll be a great fit if you're a systems-thinker who enjoys exploring interaction patterns, iterating based on feedback, and crafting elegant, functional experiences that bring clarity to complexity.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end design process for a key product area—from discovery and concepting through high-fidelity mockups, prototyping, and delivery of user-centered, accessible, and impactful experiences, balancing iteration with execution to deliver thoughtful, timely solutions
- Use qualitative and quantitative data, along with user research, to inform and iterate on your work; define and track UX success metrics for your Agile team
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Customer Experience to shape product strategy, define problems, align on priorities, and deliver scalable, validated solutions
- Facilitate solution workshops and cross-functional discussions to surface opportunities, challenge assumptions, and drive alignment
- Actively identify risks, remove blockers, and continuously improve product development processes, team practices, and design quality
- Contribute to and advance our design system, promoting consistency, efficiency, and accessibility across the platform
How success will be measured in this role:
- Delivery of high-quality, user-centered design work that is timely and aligned with user needs, business goals, and product strategy
- Measurable impact on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, retention, onboarding success, and feature adoption
- Ability to lead complex projects independently and contribute meaningfully to product vision and direction
- Clear and persuasive communication of design rationale, with active participation in critiques and cross-functional discussions
- Strong, collaborative relationships across disciplines, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and alignment
- Meaningful contributions to the evolution, scalability, and adoption of our design system
- Demonstrated improvements in usability, product quality, and overall business outcomes through thoughtful, data-informed design
If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a track record of shipping B2B or SaaS applications in an Agile environment
- Expertise across core UX disciplines, especially interaction design, visual design, and accessibility best practices
- Experience leading end-to-end design on cross-functional teams, from discovery through delivery
- A portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, polished interfaces, systems-level design, and clear outcomes
- Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, even in ambiguous or fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with a collaborative, low-ego approach to problem solving
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems, and comfort designing at scale
- A bachelor’s degree in a design-related field or equivalent practical experience
