Job Description

Sales Development Representatives are responsible for sales lead research, generation, follow up, and prospecting activities through various communication channels, and advancing the sales process through activities such as setting up introductory meetings for sales and entering new opportunities in CRM.

  • Identifies potential opportunities from sales prospects.
  • Manages lead pipeline activities and opportunity generation goals.
  • Reviews and acts on leads assigned or other requests in CRM.
  • Updates prospect information in CRM.
  • Engages and sets appointments with prospects as defined and in cooperation with sales territory owners.
  • Contacts prospects based on marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborates with Business Development, Marketing, and/or other teams for identifying and qualifying sales lead generation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years performing activities such as cold calling and/or lead generation with applicable industry experience. Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.
