💻 The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join us as an IT Senior Manager. This is a Full-Time Remote position based in the United States. In this role, you’ll lead initiatives around IT security, network administration, and cloud services, ensure smooth IT operations, help resolve issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support Abby Care’s expanding operations. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own IT operations and management of infrastructure. You’ll lead the planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of our IT infrastructure across different employee groups and workforces
  • Oversee IT incident management, problem resolution, and service desk operations while providing leadership and direction to the IT specialist team
  • Implement and manage tools such as Okta, JAMF, Google Workspace, Zoom, and much more
  • Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective partnerships, including procurement of IT assets and devices
  • Implement and maintain robust security protocols to ensure compliance and data privacy 
  • Collaborate with department managers to assess IT growth needs, stay current with emerging technologies, and provide updates to the executive team

The Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in IT engineering and leading projects or teams. Bonus points if you have experience managing systems at a fast-growing startup 
  • In-depth knowledge of IT fundamentals and best practices. You have deep hands-on experience with MDM, SSO, SaaS administration, and endpoint security
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and align solutions with company goals and initiatives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy new challenges
  • Experience supporting hybrid and remote teams across different time zones and workforces
  • Strategic thinking and ownership on the company’s IT roadmap. You understand how to balance short-term levers with long-term infrastructure initiatives
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

This is a Full-Time position with an estimated annual salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus potential and benefits.
