What You’ll Do On The Team
As a Junior Delivery Manager, you will be part of the Project Management and Service delivery practice, which oversees and manages end to end delivery of SAP S4HANA Implementations, the delivery of ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization for business applications.
In this role, you will coordinate delivery activities, track performance, ensure alignment with customer expectations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. As a key point of contact between internal consulting teams and stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring services are delivered efficiently, processes are followed, and issues are proactively managed. This position provides a strong foundation for career growth in Project Management and Service Management.
You will be responsible for:
You’ll keep delivery activities on track, making sure everything runs smoothly and meets quality standards. You’ll stay on top of tasks, monitor progress, and flag any risks or roadblocks before they become problems.
You’ll own reporting, keeping dashboards and KPIs up to date while digging into the data to spot trends and find ways to improve efficiency, including automation opportunities.
As the go-to person between delivery teams, customers, and leadership, you’ll make sure communication is clear and everyone stays aligned. You’ll also help streamline processes, support service reviews, and contribute to documentation, best practices to keep things running efficiently.
What You’ll Bring To The Team

You will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively.

You will bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with customers and colleagues.
Preferred but not required: You will have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field
