At the heart of this role is a focus on first class service and account management, something which Bridor prides itself on and attributes its success to. As National Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to ensure customers receive this high level of service expected, whilst maximising the opportunities to develop the Foodservice market further.
Reporting directly into the Sales Director Foodservice National Accounts, you will be responsible for an existing customer portfolio of National Wholesalers and distributors, Contract Caterers, Travel sector and Restaurant Groups. In addition to the management of these customers, you will be tasked with identifying and developing new business target within the Foodservice sector.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess a strong commercial acumen to effectively negotiate contracts, JBP’s and trade promotions, along with delivering budget and forecast reports. You will have a passion for food, understanding new trends, developing NPD ideas, so experience working with product development teams in the past is an advantage.
Profile
The successful candidate for this position will have a proven track record of developing sales and building strong customer relationships within a Foodservice account management position.
Exposure to Foodservice End User customers within either a branded or private label food or drink environment is essential as well as possessing a real passion for premium food products.
You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to build relationships internally and with your customers.
You will be a well organised team player with the drive, motivation and enthusiasm to achieve sales and delivering success for Bridor.
