Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to build a career in logistics, client services, and account management. You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Executive and General Manager to deliver top-tier support to ecommerce clients while gaining exposure to fulfillment operations and account strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members with client communications and day-to-day account coordination
  • Manage day-to-day execution of new and existing ecommerce accounts
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations on inventory management, order fulfillment, and custom projects
  • Ensure client orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
  • Monitor account performance and take initiative to resolve issues or improve service
  • Handle invoicing and billing using QuickBooks (training provided)
  • Track and report order data using our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Maintain and update client reports and spreadsheets in Excel
  • Support process improvements and contribute to client satisfaction and retention
  • Gain a working knowledge of our fulfillment and kitting operations to better support client needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Positive, client-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks and/or Veracore (or similar platforms) is a plus
  • Willingness to learn warehouse systems and operational workflows
