Maintain high visual quality and technical consistency across all assets.
Review environment assets and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
Collaborate closely with the Art Director, Producers, and other department leads.
Plan and delegate tasks efficiently to meet production milestones.
Organize and lead daily team stand-ups and 1-on-1 meetings.
Conduct asset and scene reviews using platforms such as Miro and SyncSketch.
Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
Participate hands-on in production when necessary.
Qualifications
5+ years in game development as a 3D Environment Artist.
2+ years in game development as a 3D Team Lead.
Proven experience in leading teams or mentoring artists.
Strong portfolio demonstrating environment work for AAA titles.
Excellent knowledge of industry-standard tools (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, ZBrush).
Experience working with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity).
Solid understanding of modular design, optimization techniques, and PBR workflow.
Understanding of layered material workflows.
Capacity to share knowledge in a clear and accessible way.
Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on problem-solving and collaboration.
At least В2 English level – capable of effective verbal and written communication in multicultural teams.
Will Be a Plus
Art Degree.
Passion for games and good understanding of modern industry standards.
Experience creating clear and helpful documentation.
Background in level art or lighting.
