About the Role:
We are seeking an eager and talented individual to join our growing Solutions Architect Team team. As part of a fast-growing cybersecurity company, you will learn and apply cutting-edge cyber skills alongside industry experts and manage regional customer relationships. You will collaborate with an amazing team that partners with customers to enhance their cybersecurity posture and resilience. Pentera’s Solution Architects are considered to be our top experts in our products, serving as a critical point of contact between our customers and our inner departments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead technical deep-dive sessions with our customer’s cybersecurity stakeholders, guiding them through relevant penetration testing procedures and remediation/defense decisions
Demonstrate a deep understanding and professional knowledge in the Pentera platform across our customers’ networks
Design deployment solutions for the Pentera platform in complex environments
Maintain in-depth knowledge of security trends, threats, and attack techniques in order to improve Pentera capabilities and to provide impactful remediation guidance to the customers
Be involved in business functions of the company by maintaining customer loyalty, act as a product expert focused on customer enablement, and identify service expansion opportunities to drive increased revenue
Interface between different internal departments (e.g., Support, R&D, Sales, Pre-Sales, and more) to improve your skills, knowledge and problem-solving capabilities
Actively monitor customer support requests to help identify patterns of recurring issues and propose enhancements to the Pentera platform
Flexibility to accept a changing role description based on a fast paced start-up

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of penetration testing/red team operations experience or equivalent, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts
Fluent in Spanish and English at a professional level
Ability to effectively communicate technical details and requirements to customer stakeholders with different levels of expertise and responsibilities
Knowledge in troubleshooting, monitoring, managing, and architecting TCP/IP networks
Technical problem solving both individually and collaboratively
CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent (advantage)
Valid driver’s license and passport
Periodic travel, domestic or international, based on customer and business needs
