Job Description:

The Inside Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. This role primarily involves working with existing and potential customers to understand their logistics needs and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Sales Presentations: Provide tailored logistics solutions to clients, explain service offerings, and present value propositions.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up with Leads to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and offer additional services.
  • Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and update management on pipeline progress.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth logistics processes.


Skills:

  • Communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Knowledge of logistics services, supply chain solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer accounts and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Mandarin level
  • Sales experience (experience in logistics is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Datamyne and Trademo is a plus
