About position:

b.well is seeking a talented Visual Storyteller to join the marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual narratives across various digital and presentation platforms.

Role Overview:

The Visual Storyteller will be a key creative professional who transforms complex information into engaging, clear, and impactful visual content. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams including content, product marketing, sales, partnerships, engineering, product, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling presentations, pitch decks, slideware, and customer-facing slides
• Develop video content that effectively communicates b.well's message and value proposition
• Organize and maintain a centralized repository of company collateral and presentation materials
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate complex ideas into visual stories
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials
• Develop modular and reusable design components
• Stay current with design trends and innovative storytelling techniques
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare-related visual design and storytelling
• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging visual content
• Strong proficiency in design software such as:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Figma
• Canva
• Presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint)
• Video editing software
  
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Advanced design and layout capabilities
• Understanding of typography and color theory
• Experience with data visualization
• Ability to create responsive designs for various platforms
• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS) are a plus

Reports to: Vice President of Marketing

The target salary range for this position is $80,000 - $125,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
