Summary
We’re looking for an innovative, hardworking digital marketer to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Think Shift’s team of experts to support the execution of targeted marketing campaigns that reach the right audience in the right place at the right time.
You’ll be the expert at analyzing performance and making campaign recommendations with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; you’ll optimize targeting and ad placements across X (a.k.a. Twitter) and programmatic advertising platforms; you’ll be on conference calls where dogs, cats, or small children are likely to show up and say hello.
Accountabilities
- Setting up digital paid advertising campaigns and managing campaign timelines and workback schedules to ensure projects are meeting deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborating across departments to coordinate activities such as campaign reporting and ad creative delivery.
- Creating campaign dashboards and data management systems through tools such as Google Looker Studio.
- Monitoring digital media KPIs and conducting regular analysis and optimization of performance results.
- Providing feedback and insights on what makes digital marketing campaigns successful, helping the team deliver better results with every successive campaign.
- Assist in researching keywords, social media audiences, and programmatic advertising targeting capabilities, based on insights gained from performance analysis and collaboration with the marketing specialist.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience working in digital marketing and paid media platforms.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks, timelines and deadlines of concurrent projects, particularly under pressure.
- Growth mindset and a demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Strong presentation and communication skills to advocate for your recommendations with your manager and clients.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Twitter Ads or other digital ad platforms.
- Experience with pulling basic campaign data and web analytics reports using Google Analytics (GA4 preferred).
- Excellent understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Search Engine Optimization
- SEMRush or other keyword research tools.
- Certification in Google or Meta
- Knowledge of agriculture, and agriculture services.
