At Solita, we are seeking experienced professionals ready to embrace a Senior Data Advisory Consultant role. You will empower business leaders to navigate challenges, derive actionable insights from data, and lead transformational change.

About The Role

As a Senior Data Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in helping senior leaders extract value from data, drive business transformation, and make a lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include:

• To help clients generate business and end-user value from data, analytics, and AI by applying creative problem-solving with a human-centered approach.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations that enhance operational and analytical business processes.
  
  
  

In this role, your technical background will help you build trust with clients, enabling you to unlock opportunities for strategic and transformational work within their organizations. You will also act as a bridge between business functions and IT, fostering collaboration and alignment.

You will also play a pivotal role in supporting Solita’s internal teams in capturing, organizing, sharing, and utilizing knowledge effectively.

Typical client assignments

Client assignments may vary in scope and duration. While you may not have all qualifications for every type of assignment, Solita’s multidisciplinary expertise will always be available to support you in delivering holistic solutions to clients.

Examples Of Client Assignment Are

• Developing AI and data strategies and roadmaps that align with business transformation goals, ensuring AI initiatives drive operational efficiency and strategic growth.
• Facilitate workshops to help clients establish new ways of working related to identifying AI/data opportunities from idea to production.
• Understand business environments and translate their requirements into data-driven solutions, such as advising clients on investment decisions in data platforms and tools.
• Advising and establishing data governance structures that balance central and local needs.
• Upskilling leadership teams to make data-driven decisions.
• Help clients evolve self-service capabilities.
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in two or more of the following areas:

• Data Strategy and Architecture
• Data Management
• Data Cataloguing and Metadata Management
• Data Modeling Linked to Business Problems
• Advanced Analytics and AI/ML
• Data Governance and Compliance
• Digital Transformation
• Self-Service and Data Democratization
• Linking Data Modeling to Business Insight
  
  
  

Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to lay audiences at all levels in the organization.

Stakeholder management skills, with experience interacting with senior business leaders.

Consulting Skills And Mindset, Preferably Proven Experience In Consulting.

Education: Master’s Degree in e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Computational Science.

Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
