Job Role: Remote Cryptocurrency Operations & Support Specialist

Work Schedule: 40/hrs week

Salary Budget: $1,200-$1,600 AUD / Month

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

Work Set-up: Remote

Who The Client Is:

A fast-growing Australian cryptocurrency exchange committed to providing secure, user-friendly, and innovative digital asset trading solutions. As we expand, we are looking for a motivated and versatile team member from the Philippines to join us remotely. 

Role Overview:

We seek a dynamic and tech-savvy professional with a background in cryptocurrency to handle a broad range of operational, marketing, and customer support tasks. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a specialised position as the company scales. 

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Create and schedule daily posts (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram) to engage our community and promote CoinPort.  

Paid Advertising

  •  Assist in booking and optimising digital ads (Google, Facebook, crypto networks).  

Help Desk Support

  •  Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and social media.  

Software Testing

  • Participate in user testing for platform updates, reporting bugs, and suggesting improvements.  

Market Research

  • Stay updated on crypto trends, competitors, and regulatory changes.  

General Operations

  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and process documentation.  

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.  
  • 1+ years of experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain (exchange, trading, or DeFi familiarity preferred).  
  • Strong written English for customer communication and social media.  
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).  
  • Tech proficiency (CRM tools, social media schedulers, basic troubleshooting).  
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.  
  • Passion for crypto and eagerness to learn.  

Nice to have:

  • Experience with customer support platforms (Freshdesk, Zendesk).  
  • Graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut).  
  • Knowledge of SEO/content marketing.
