What we're looking for 

Our US client, a small performance marketing agency, is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer to support campaign execution for both e-commerce and lead generation accounts. This role is essential for driving strong results through paid media strategy, optimization, and ongoing performance support. You’ll work closely with a Senior Strategist to help manage and scale client campaigns.

 
Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation.
  • Monitor performance and adjust targeting, bidding, and creatives as needed.
  • Prepare performance insights and provide ongoing support to client-facing team members.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure campaigns align with overall strategy.
  • Stay current with best practices and trends in performance marketing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads; ClickUp or Monday experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English and experience working with US-based clients.
  • Able to work during Eastern Time hours.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with ClickUp or Monday.com.
  • Previous work in a small agency environment.
