WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

This is a 2-3 month hourly paid internship position

This role will be supporting the Revenue Operations team by maintaining clean, reliable Salesforce data and assisting with the development of scalable system logic. As a Salesforce Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience building in Salesforce, supporting data quality initiatives, contributing to core CRM processes that enable go-to-market success, and learning Agile Scrum practices in a real-world setting.

  1. Write and test validation rules to maintain data integrity
  2. Create and update formula fields to support reporting and automation
  3. Assist with duplicate management efforts, including deduplication and merge logic
  4. Update and maintain core Salesforce records across objects like Accounts, Opportunities, and Quotes
  5. Document field definitions, process logic, and configuration decisions
  6. Identify data issues or inconsistencies and collaborate with RevOps to resolve them
  7. Learn the structure of our Salesforce environment, including relationships between objects and key automation tools

Requirements

  1. Interest in Salesforce configuration and CRM systems
  2. Attention to detail and strong sense of data quality
  3. Ability to learn quickly and apply technical concepts
  4. Clear written communication and strong documentation skills
  5. Comfortable working with structured data and logic
  6. Curious, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing team
  7. Basic understanding of formulas, conditional logic, or data validation preferred

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $22-$25/Hour.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
