Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)
Client Timezone: Central time 

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and claim incoming service requests from the Rely@Home platform
  • Schedule service appointments within designated time windows
  • Confirm appointments with customers via phone calls
  • Manage technician schedules and routes for optimal efficiency
  • Update customer information and job notes in the Crew Control software
  • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication
Scope
  • Scheduling and dispatching service calls for a home warranty company
  • Coordinating technician routes and schedules within a local service area
  • Utilizing provided software tools (e.g., Crew Control, Rely@Home)

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using scheduling and routing software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Familiarity with residential HVAC and appliance repair services (preferred)
