Design Stylist

The Design Stylist is responsible for creating and developing creative concepts and translating them into visual and aesthetic representations.To do so, you shall possess creativity, artistic skills, and sensitivity to design trends to ensure that the proposed design solutions align with the company's brand positioning and market demands.This position reports to the Design Quality Manager.

You will:

• Collaborate on Product Strategy & Visual Direction – Participate in project grooming meetings to understand the products, find the USPs, create visual goals, and align with all involved.
• Research & Creative Concept Development – Conduct market research and trend analysis to generate creative concepts for product imagery focusing on European styles.
• Quality Control & Styling Oversight – Guide the styling process for 3D or graphic images to ensure high texture, color, and lighting standards while collaborating with the content design team and European steering group.
• Standardization & Asset Management – Develop and maintain Tone of Voice guidelines, oversee the vidaXL content style projects, and support the creation of a digitalized asset library for design consistency.
• Training & Innovation – Host training and knowledge-sharing sessions while assisting with design innovation projects such as AI and AR to enhance team skills and maintain alignment with company aesthetics.
