Job Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Paid Media/SEM Specialist fluent in both English and Arabic to lead our digital acquisition efforts across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, and other B2B paid media channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation, optimization, and turning paid campaigns into scalable lead generation engines. You’ll work cross-functionally with content, design, and sales to ensure our campaigns target the right personas, in the right regions, with the right messaging. Your primary KPIs will be qualified leads (MQLs), pipeline contribution (SQLs), and ROI performance across key B2B channels.

Responsibilities

As a key team member of our Growth Marketing Team, you will focus on the following:

  • Google Search Campaigns: Plan, manage, and optimize performance-focused SEM campaigns targeting high-intent keywords and ICPs across Google Search.
  • LinkedIn Ads: Create and optimize campaigns to reach decision-makers across industries (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) using job title, company size, and industry targeting.
  • Channel Expansion: Explore and manage additional paid B2B channels including Meta Ads, display networks, retargeting platforms (e.g., RollWorks), and YouTube for awareness campaigns.
  • Geo-Targeted Acquisition: Build and manage campaigns tailored to core markets including EU, UAE, MENA and other regions. Adapt messaging and targeting by region.
  • Ad Copy & Creative: Work with content and design teams to develop effective ad messaging, visuals, and landing pages aligned with each buyer stage.
  • Lead Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with growth and sales to ensure alignment between campaign intent and lead quality. Use CRM feedback (e.g., from HubSpot) to refine targeting and messaging.
  • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, formats, CTAs, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and reduce CPL.
  • Tracking & Reporting: Set up UTM conversion tracking, maintain dashboards, and report weekly/monthly performance using GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Budget Management: Own daily pacing and monthly budget allocation to maximize return on ad spend across channels.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Stay current on trends, benchmark campaigns against industry peers, and test new B2B ad formats where relevant.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in paid media with a strong focus on Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Ads in a B2B startup environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required. Fluency in English is also essential for internal communication.
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation with clear ownership of CPL and conversion rate KPIs.
  • Experience in managing B2B paid media campaigns in Arabic-speaking markets, particularly the UAE and KSA, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of successfully growing B2B businesses in these markets through digital advertising strategies.
  • Strong command of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and ad group structuring.
  • Proficient in using Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and pivot strategy based on performance.
  • Familiarity with B2B buyer journeys.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign briefs, performance updates, and cross-team collaboration.

A Plus

  • Experience with retargeting platforms (e.g., RollWorks, AdRoll) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, lead routing, and full-funnel marketing workflows.
  • Experience with SEO is a plus.
  • German language skills are a plus.
