Positionstitel: Service Engineer Nordic (m/f/d)

Your mission
As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for Level 2 service, supporting the local Level 1 technical support and hotline team to solve escalations. You are also in charge of training the L1 team and monitoring their performance. A typical day of a Service Engineer at GoodWe Europe also includes direct interactions with our key distribution or EPC partners (e.g. in training activities), and interfacing to the service and R&D teams at headquarters.
This position rewards with a deep technical involvement and a high exposure to several internal and external stakeholders (customers, service partners, R&D, product managers, sales, etc.). You will play a key role in positioning GoodWe as a Tier 1 service provider in Nordic countries.
