Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST

Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, analytical Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. In this remote role, you’ll work directly with senior leadership to strengthen internal financial systems, enhance reporting, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain dynamic financial models that support growth and strategic planning
Handle expense accounting and financial entries in QuickBooks for our US entity
Provide bi-weekly financial insights and status reports to the VP of Finance and the CEO
Own and optimize internal P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and budget planning
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and cross-departmental data metrics
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial best practices
Compile and analyze data using Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics
Continuously improve financial systems and propose corrective actions
Support ad hoc strategic and operational projects as needed

Ideal Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant with up to 2–3 years of post-qualification experience
Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with financial modeling
Experience with QuickBooks, Zoho Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills
High integrity, ownership mindset, and ability to work with confidential data
Comfortable operating independently in a remote-first work setup
