We're currently looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Business Partner to join our internal HR team.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

As an HR Business Partner, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape and execute people strategies that align with our organizational goals. You’ll play a key role in:

✔ Supporting managers with HR guidance aligned to business needs

✔ Managing employee relations, performance issues, and development planning

✔ Coordinating the performance review process

✔ Designing and delivering training and engagement programs

✔ Advising on compensation, benefits, and labor law compliance

✔ Collaborating on HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

👤 What We’re Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in HR/recruitment, with at least 2 years as an HRBP

✔ Fluency in Polish and English
